Interesting design, but she looks squeezed into the image frame instead of looking "normal". The stock itself should be "pulled" out more. I think the problem is there's too much decorations, so you're trying to fit her in with the decor in the allowed space. Is the resolution correct? I can't stop and look at the requirements right now, but check on that. The only other thing is how bright the decor is that's making it come "forward" in front of the model. What ever you have for the border, has to be duller, so that it push "backwards" so that she will show up better. Also, parts of the image is looking separate. A texture over the entire image helps make it look coherent. Try those things. It should really make a positive improvements to the design.
